Detailed Itinerary For The 4 Days Uganda Gorilla Trekking Tour
Day 1: Pick Up, Transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
When you land, you will meet our experienced driver guide and start your journey to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. You will have a first stopover at the Equator for a picture moment and continue with your drive to Mbarara where you will have a delicious lunch and continue with our journey to our destination.
On this road trip you will enjoy the beautiful scenes of the countryside as you drive through farmlands, and rolling hills of western Uganda, you will arrive in the park in the evening and drive through to the lodge for check in and dinner.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking
In the morning, we shall drive to the park headquarter for a short briefing about the rules of the gorilla trekking. It is at this point that we shall be allocated a gorilla trekking family and a ranger guide. We shall then start our hike into the forest to search for gorillas.
After you have met gorilla family you will be given one hour to spend with them as you take videos and memorable photos and learn how they feed, eat and interact with one another. While in the forest, you will see other attractions for example different tree species, butterflies, and numerous bird species among others. Later after the trek, your guide will pick you and transfer you to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking, Batwa Community Experience
Wake up to a hot breakfast and later transfer to the park head offices for a briefing about the golden monkey trekking before you head to the thick bamboo forests to search for the monkeys. The trekking takes about 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the previous movement. You will be given one hour to spent and experience with the moneys, at this point feel free to pull out your cameras to capture your life time experience trekking the golden monkeys as they play and jump from one brunch to another, you will enjoy how they feed their young ones.
After the trek, your guide will pick you and you drive back to the lodge for lunch. Later in the day, we shall go for a cultural experience with the Batwa community where we shall have a chance to learn and interact with the Batwa people.

Day 4: Transfer to Entebbe Airport
Today marks the end of our 4 Days Gorilla & Golden Monkey Tracking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, arise in the morning to a delicious breakfast, check out of the beautiful lodge and start our journey back to Entebbe. Along the road, we shall have a stopover in Mbarara for lunch. We shall have another stopover at the Equator for some photo moment and souvenir shopping then proceed with our journey to a hotel in Entebbe or airport for flight back home.
