3 Days of Magnificent wildlife Experience in the Giraffe Paradise

This safari gives you the best of what Murchison Falls National Park has to offer. You will experience a boat cruise on the Nile spotting animals on the banks, a game-drive on the savanna and see the top of the impressive falls.

Day 1: Transfer out of Kampala – rhino trekking and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park and boat cruise

With an early breakfast, we depart the crazy city of Kampala in the morning for the start of your Murchison Falls National Park safari. You have lunch either along the way or when reaching the lodge depending on time. When arriving in Murchison Falls National Park you start off with a 3-hour boat ride to the base of the falls where you get to see the Hippos (You have never seen more hippos yawning, Grooming in their Pods anywhere else than here- Believe me you)! Nile Crocodiles, Elephants, and a variety of beautiful bird species along the banks. If you are a keen birder this might be your magnet to catch them. This is a grand start to your visit to this Great Animal home

Overnight at Hornbill Bush Lodge

Day 2: Game drive and boat cruise and hike to the top of the Falls

Take an early cup of tea/coffee and then set off for a game drive in the park. You have the chance to see Big cats hunting, Elephants, Giraffes, Buffalos, plus more as the checklist of mammals reaches 76. We continue browsing the Drive circuits to the Delta point for a cocktail of Birds and mammals. Enjoy a relaxed lunch and then have a 3-hour boat ride to the base of the falls where you get to see the Hippos (You have never seen more hippos yawning, Grooming in their Pods anywhere else than here- Believe me you)! Nile Crocodiles, Elephants, and a variety of beautiful bird species along the banks. If you are a keen birder this might be your magnet to catch them. Continue with the hike to visit the top of the falls. This is a magnificent classic highlight on our 2nd day as an explosive dash of water at close range gushes through a narrow crevice.

Day 3: Morning game drive – Transfer back to Kampala

After breakfast set off for the drive back to Kampala. We pass through the park to have the last chance of wildlife in this giraffe paradise. Have lunch and Continue on to Kampala as we have reached the end of your Murchison Falls National Park safari.
